Our tutoring journey began with a shared passion for education and the desire to make a lasting impact in the lives of young learners. Together, we bring a unique blend of expertise in both literacy and math, committed to helping students reach their full academic potential.

Elesha has two degrees from Georgia State University: a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education with an ESOL endorsement and a Master's in Elementary Education with a concentration in Reading, Language, and Literacy. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Early Childhood and Elementary Education at Georgia State University. With 4 years of experience as an elementary teacher, 3 years as a Literacy Coach, and her current work as a contracted Reading Specialist, Elesha is driven by her passion for reading education and her commitment to eradicating childhood illiteracy. She believes that every child has the ability to succeed when provided with the right tools and support.

Donovan received a Bachelor's in Actuarial Science in 2016 and a Bachelor's in Finance in 2017, both from Georgia State University. He also holds a Master's of Finance from Johns Hopkins University. Since 2016, Donovan has been helping businesses make informed financial decisions, but his true passion lies in education. With over five years of experience tutoring reading and math concepts, Donovan has helped countless high school students improve their grades and prepare for college. His teaching methods have consistently led to higher grade point averages and improved test scores. Donovan's ultimate goal is to combine his knowledge of corporate finance with personal finance education, empowering students to make smart financial decisions.

We started this business in 2019, united by our belief that a strong foundation in literacy and math can transform a student’s academic journey. Our first tutoring location opened in Smyrna in March 2022, followed by a second location in Duluth in September 2024. We are dedicated to fostering a love of learning, building confidence, and helping students succeed inside and outside the classroom.
